Good news, Famous Soda is available for shipping to all regions within Australia. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping is available in the following states for orders over $120: NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS, NT, SA, ACT.
- Orders where free shipping is not available: shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Note: We try our very best to get your Famous Soda order to you ASAP, but we cannot guarantee exact shipping times. Due to the time of year please expect shipping delays - as things are taking longer with courier companies and they are not collecting every day from our warehouses.
Famous Soda processes your order within 3-4 days. We'll send you a tracking email. Just so you're completely all over it, you should also receive updates from Shippit so you can track it all the way to your front door.
Unfortunately, we can’t change your delivery address once your order has been placed. Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We ship all your cases together on the same day, however they always each have their own delivery sticker and tracking. Unfortunately, when volumes are high like the current situation, there is a higher risk that they will get split up along the way. We are working with Australia Post to minimise this risk, but in the meantime, if part of your order doesn’t arrive within 7 business days, please get in touch.

We hope you’ll never be dissatisfied with any of our products but in the rare case you are Famous Soda will refund any unopened items if it is within 14 days of receipt.
To receive a full refund the item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of purchase
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Packaged in the original condition
- Purchased directly from our online store
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage).
Once the refund is initiated, payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
Our Returns Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.
Please ensure you have alerted us of the return to ensure you are within the 14 days return policy and eligible to receive a full refund. You can reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once processed, your financial institution can take 3-5 business days to process the funds back to your account. Please also allow 3-7 business days for re-delivery within Australia.

We accept all major credit cards for our subscriptions. We’ll then bill you the same amount each two months, month or fortnight (depending on your package) with a shipping confirmation emailed to you each time your Famous order leaves our warehouse.
